There is always something to do. Staff really take care of you like the servers, bartenders and regular workers. I didn’t like when I had a complaint the manger disregarded my concerns.

Beautiful resort. A bit disappointed in the slow elevators. Restaurants were supposed to be reservation free as advertised but you need dinner reservations.

I loved my stay, everything was great! David at the Italian restaurant was amazing, he went out his way for us. My butler Samara was simply AMAZING she was so accommodating and kind. No request went unmet. Get the diamond club it’s worth the extra $$

I can't say enough good things about the Royalton Chic! Beautiful gorgeous property! Customer service was A1, top tier, everyone was super friendly, helpful, welcoming, happy! The room was cleaned daily but some touchups do need to be done to the room - all minor things like chipped paint. It was my birthday and they suprised me with a champagne, balloons and a huge birthday cake, enough for 8 people. The gentlemen in one of the restaurants also sang happy birthday as well. Breakfast, dinner, lunch options were also, coffee, tea, onsite. All of the activities were well though out, there was something to do every day and night. Just awesome! My husband and I will definitely be back!
