Great location, pool and beach. Fantastic view from the balcony! Lots of dining options nearby and taxis are always close to take you anywhere you want to go. Only improvement suggestion would be for housekeeping to change sheets and towels more often.

We stay for 10 days Very nice area No kids… very
quiet, grocery on the property and restaurant Local bus nearby. Room was perfect The only things-the property is old and need renovation
Beach and infinity pool is nice

Posted 16 Aug 2023 on HotelsI don't recommend this place to my friends and family. The staff was very rude, from the security to the pool bartender. The receptionist told my husband that they wasn't going to help him to bring our luggages to our room because we didn't book through their website. We had to bring our 4 luggages to our room because we booked through hotel.com. (unbelievable)
The room is outdating. At 2:30 am was a couple fighting and knocking the walls for about 10 minutes, then they went to the hallway and started to scream at each other. Called the front desk and no one answered me.
Luckly, I was there for only one night,otherwise I would have to go to another hotel and loose my money.

Hello, we inform you that we are not a hotel, you rented an apartment not a hotel, we kindly offer you a 24-hour reception so that you can arrive at 2 am. Believe me, our well-informed guests appreciate that we wait for them until 2 am so as not to lose your reservation. We do not have a telephone in the apartment that you rented, nor does the reception have a telephone, we are apartments as we describe in our name, so the luggage thing only exists in your imagination, sir, we do not give anyone this type of answers. Please read before booking so you can leave a constructive comment that allows you to evaluate the extras that we gave you as an apartment, since in a hotel with bell boy, our location and quality of service it does not cost you less than 500 dollars a night in the hotel zone, it is Cancun remember and it is not for everyone ........., and remember that being apartments there is no reception, we have it You do NOT appreciate it so getting lost in a 6-tower building looking for an apartment on 40 degrees of heat with your 4 suitcases would have been much better then to have a reception for you where you never understood that you rented an apartment and we don't have a bell boy.Appreciation and reading is what our guests who rate 10 have to have a great time even for one night.Read before booking so you can leave a constructive comment that helps other guests make the best decision and not confuse them.
