Older property not maintained well. Main door on my room had a huge gap allowing hot air and humidity to enter and keeping my A/C running longer than needed creating a muggy moist feeling. Bathroom is outdated. Plug next to bed was empty, my charger did not work and had to plug next to TV. Overall great people but badly maintained property.

The hotel doesn’t treat everyone the same it was my anniversary and they didn’t do anything special another couple of got an upgrade a bottle of wine and upgraded room

It is very convenient close to the Cancun airport. Very clean and staff is very friendly. Wish there beach was little more clean.

One restaurant a night open and we couldn’t get a reservation for any of the restaurants until our last night. Buffet food wasn’t good either.

Came for anniversary, room they gave us was extremely dirty and beds weren't in there places. Second room given to us the AC didn't want to work. Third room given to us the sink was leaking and their floor lamp was broken leaning against the wall. At the there was a glass shard in the pool I cut my foot up, bleeding like crazy, they wanted me to fill out a document saying they are not responsible and/or liable etc. I refused. Not the type of vacation you are looking for if you are celebrating a special occasion. Extremely dissapointing especially when you have been looking forward to escape from celebrate and have down time. They did approach us afterwards to mend everything with a room upgrade, specialty dining, champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. It was bad the first 24 hours of is arriving, but I will definitely accept that Sheyla and Luis from management worked very hard to help us. The bartenders Enrique and Gerardo and servers Sandra and Carmen were spectacular! The girls that were in charge of entertainment a special shout-out to them.
