Súper adorable spot in zona hotelera for a good price and nice breakfast. The staff is really lovely and it’s in a quieter spot which makes it really a special place.

A semi-private villa with spacious rooms in the heart of Cancun’s hotel zone, ideal for the independent traveller… Quiet, clean, close to everything, and with outstanding staff! Highly recommended if you value quality and solitude.

This was our second time staying at this property, and we had a wonderful experience as before. Host James, his wife and rest of the staff were very welcoming and made us feel like family (we were traveling with our 4 yr old, the property is very kid and family friendly). Will definitely be returning again, highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Cancun.

Everything was great only issue was the breakfast, I was charged for the breakfast at the end not knowing I had to pay. On Expedia it say breakfast as part of the inclusion but I was told by the staff that it’s an option, if consumed we must pay.

Posted 18 Aug 2024 on HotelsWe stayed at this hotel and found the experience very enjoyable. The hotel is well-located, close to the beach and attractions, yet in a quieter neighborhood. Buses run frequently at the end of the street, which is convenient. We met the owners, who were absolutely charming and gave us many recommendations for the rest of our trip. There is even parking available if needed, and the area is very secure. The staff is friendly, and we had the chance to have breakfast on the pleasant terrace. The rooms are nicely decorated and well-equipped. We had a wonderful stay and, if we could have, we would have stayed longer.

Lovely stay, beautiful property near hotel area. Friendly staff safe neighborhood. Excellent breakfast. Cold ac.
Wifi had a weak signal, limited channels in cable

This seems to be an original villa that was converted to a hotel. The architecture was quite interesting. The check in receptionist was quite nice.
The pool was small but nice and relaxing. We found a dead roach in our room when we first checked in, which kind of tainted us a bit. But for one night it was okay.
