The hotel is located in an amazing area with a beautiful beach right in front of it. It’s also very conveniently situated near stores, restaurants, a supermarket, and a souvenir store.
Although a bit old, the hotel is very clean and well maintained. We had an issue with the bathroom sink and they fixed it right away.
The staff is always friendly, but sometimes they seem confused when we ask for a service or an information. I believe they should know or be better trained regarding everything that happens in the hotel.
The restaurants in the hotel are super cozy and the food is great.
The check in and check out were super fast, at least for us.
Inside the hotel it was easy to buy tickets for excursions such as Chichén Itzá and Xcaret.
It was also easy to book a taxi to the airport at the hotel, however I wish we had the same convenience when we arrived, I mean, I wish there was an easy and cheaper taxi waiting for us at the airport to take us to the hotel.
To conclude, it was a great experience staying at the Krystal Cancun.

Wonderful location, beautiful beach and friendly unobtrusive staff. The on location restaurants were nice and there were plenty of walkable food option in the area.
I can't say enough good things about this hotel, we loved our stay here and will definitely come again.

Fantastic location and beach. Stayed December 16-20th. We could ask for a more relaxing time. Beach access, beach and staff were excellent. Will be booking another trip in the near future.

Hotel has multiple activities within the facility. Staff is great. Rooms are below average. Rain water seeped into the room and other parts of the hotel.
Overall reasonable place to stay for 3-5 days stay.

Beautiful view, comfortable bed. Rooms are a bit older but fully functional. Pool options were excellent
