The check in process took way too long. It was unpleasant. I already had a reservation booked with Expedia & no check in should ever take 30 minutes. Unacceptable!

Great staff, property pretty well maintained despite not being one of the newest in Cancun. Very convenient services, good breakfast and happy hour. Walkable to a few shops and major supermarket. About 5min drive to downtown Cancun and 30min to Airport

I absolutely loved staying here for my honeymoon! The staff was wonderful! We let them know when we checked in it was our honeymoon and they surprised us days later with chocolate covered strawberries in our room! Also, we booked a massage in the spa and following it they offered us more time in the jacuzzi and brought us a cheesecake to celebrate. These little details made our stay so special. It also is super convenient to have 3 different restuaraunts on site so you don't get tired of eating the same place, but you don't have to travel out everytime you want a mean. The beach front is gorgoeus and the views are stunning. Can not reccomend enough.
