The Beach cafe service is bad. The waiters don't check on you even after pleading them to come take the order

The lobby when you first walk in (and every time you are in it) smells bad. The shower temperature regulator did not work or there is a problem with their water supply. Was truly hard to shower as the temp would randomly fluctuate on its’ own from cold to scalding hot without notice.

This hotel is not worth the price. I paid for a room with terrace and was offered a small room without the terrace, I approached front desk staff who told me that they were out of the room I paid for and offered me a room for disabled that was close to the lobby. The floor in the washroom in that room was not cleaned properly and had brown stains, toilet was inside of the shower. Also the noise from the lobby, where hotel has very loud music all night, was audible in the room. I was changed into the room that I paid for the next day, but the inconvenience of moving rooms was not pleasant. Front desk staff did not apologized that they did not have appropriate room for my arrival. The room had moldy smell that stack to my clothes.
