Property looks really good in the pictures but once you are there not worth the money - lacks many things - the only good part was the soft bed other than that the place needs much attention.

A comfort and placental place
Posted 5 Sep 2020 on HotelsThis is a nice hotel with all the amenities that we needed for our 10 days. We enjoyed a beautiful swimming pool on top of the terrace. The front desk service people was excelent with a great custumer service skills. Only the toilet was with little bit of prolem, but the plomery guy fixed the toilet the same day we reported. Overall, the hotel is great and it's in the center of the Downtown of Cancun.
