This is my second time staying at RIU resort. Very family oriented, many activities that are fun to do at the resort, non judgment environment, and employees are very welcoming! Highly recommended this resort.

This property, is outdated, the mirrors are stained, the air conditioning in the rooms aren’t very cold, I had to change my room key several times because it just stop working out of the blue, the elevator stopped working. The shower was clogged. However, the staff are friendly and professional. The property itself needs a revamp.

We arrived early and were greeted by the staff in a very friendly manner. Service was excellent. At first, the Ac in the room was not working, and they sent a technician right away to fixed the issue. The rooms are a little outdated but the excellent service of the staff more than makes up for it.

Pool and beach are the best part!! the food was not that great and they should update the rooms and bedding overall it was a decent stay but have stayed in much nicer for less in Cancun.

Overall not bad, they gave us a very bad room in the begining but they upgraded us to junior suite as a compensation. Food is slightly repititve and activities too but overall not bad.
