The hotel was average. The initial check in guy was terrible sent us to a room with no air conditioning and hot water took at least 30 minutes of running before it got hot. A second check in person doing what we saw her the next morning help us with a great functioning room

Our stay was very nice! Only thing is that AC cannot be adjusted (and it was very cold in the room!) however, that would be great for summer stays. They did not provide slippers (much needed with the cold floor) and they also did not have conditioner not even when requested. Parking was free and felt safe. The room with beach view was amazing!

Clean, good service. Received an upgrade for no apparent reason except we stayed off season so not crowded. I would recommend.

It was a beautiful property but the pool is so small and I could not enjoy as they were always throwing volleyballs around. Breakfast isn’t til 7 which meant I went without on flight day! Zero sympathy for someone who just had surgery…would not expedite my check in by even a second. Would not let me take breakfast to my room. Lady at check in had an attitude
