Great place to stay when transferring through Panama City. Don’t take a taxi, instead look for the large Conning Tower with Cancún painted on it. The hotel is right beside it.

The Hotel is nice but their taxi service is a scam.

This is a great hotel option if you need to be near the airport vs in the hotel zone. The facility itself is very nice, well maintained and clean. Furnishings are great, rooms are clean and very nice. There are however 3 things about this hotel that I did not enjoy. 1.) There is almost zero parking if you have a car. 2.) There are no options nearby or in the hotel for dining, except the one in the hotel which is poorly staffed, very busy, very sloooooow, and not that great. This has not changed in a year and the 3X I’ve stayed there. 3.) Check-in is painfully slow…and I mean ridiculous. It should not take 20 minutes to check in. That means it’s going to be an hour if there’s 2 people in front of you.

Pros: Convenient for transit travelers being next to airport terminals. Apart from that, barebones, quite dingy and poorly lit and mediocre at best.
