I loved it! Family friendly, and away from the hustle and bustle-I was traveling with my husband and 1 year old. We chose this because we planned to stay on the resort- this was a 4 night getaway to reset before the holidays. Great food/ restaurants and everyone was nice. The adult and kids pool were perfect my daughter had SO much fun. I enjoyed the wristband key card, and have been raving about it-so smart and convenient. The style and design is modern and sleek, very classy yet the price is attainable. We were happy to celebrate our 1st year of parenting here-and would definitely come back!

Limited hot food options in the buffet. Bathroom was not designed for privacy for guests in the room. Staff was friendly for the most part - Average 4 star hotel.

This is a beautiful, isolated, new property that was built only 3 years ago. It is family friendly with a kid's pool with slides, Kids Club and activities, and a few yards from the warm beach. The service and quality of meals was excellent especially at Maxal and Sunan. The variety of dining options and flexibility for 24-7 room service was incredible. The gym was nice and modern and clean with extensive equipment. There are two nice infinity pools also overlooking the ocean. Bars and drinks are everywhere and they will bring your drinks poolside. Churros and ice cream are available and a big hit with the kids. We loved our week there with 4 children, ages 9mo to 5 years old! We had adult time also after they went to sleep and enjoyed the reserved dinners and bustling lobby bar area!

Second time visiting and the property is beautiful as well kept. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The food is decent but could be better.

5 stars hotel . The property is good and newer ,staff are good and service is good . Food is excellent .
Upgrading to ocean front cost me
$60 USD a night which was a pain .
Usually when I go to all inclusive if there is available room they upgrade for fee .
Late check policy is $50 per hour.
It was safe in the hotel
But the only thing we were worth was the area outside the hotel towards the city we could not walk because it is lagoons and alligators and other animals living there . You can walk on the beach for a km only .
Overall we had a good experience just the location of the hotel no so great .
