Nice hotel, great facilities: modern and clean. They offer several snack and drink areas. The most of the personnel was very polite and willing to help however there were some which not and that is what makes the stay to be good and not excellent.
It would be great if they could change the breakfast menu at least once or twice a week. Good quality of the buffet (not great but is not bad either), The food in the specialty restaurants is good however the personnel needs more customer service focus.
I would come back to this hotel however I would check for other options also.

Loved the hospitality- everyone was very welcoming and friendly! Super super clean! Dinner reservations were extremely easy to make and we loved every single restaurant! Hotel is kid friendly!

Gorgeous oceanfront rooms in Enclave. Large balconies facing the ocean. Housekeeping staff is outstanding. Well-stocked fridge in room. Numerous pools, all very clean. Lots of fun, daytime activities (cooking classes, water aerobics, dancing, etc.). Evening shows were mediocre, except for the fire show which was fantastic. Loved the coffe bar/ice cream/snack area. Restaurants were all good.

Nice property. Booked again, because the first time (11/2023) was a very nice experience, food was great. However, this time around, food was mediocre, rooms are extremely hot, AC can't be adjusted below 20* Celsious. Property is clean at all times, customer service great, but food is not up to par with their prices.Karen at the coffee shop had an attitude over providing service.
