Room was beautiful and well appointed we had the Serenity Club Oceanfront Swimout bldg 5 and these beds face the ocean. Great bar service to our room from Levi. All pools clean and good bar service. Vistas and buffet excellent for lunch. Tahini and buffet good for breakfast but coffee service lacking at Tahini every day. Dinners hit or miss. Long waits for food and tables even though we had reservations and Olios all 6 dinners came out stone cold yes stone cold couldn’t eat the food and were served almost 2 hours after arrival and got drinks after food arrived and no follow up by wait staff Butler was ok promises things but never happened rooms given away to other people bands didn’t work etc barely saw our butler only use was booking dinners Not a lot of variety of food on dinner menus as at other resorts we have been to Would we rush back no Many other options in Mexico Poor set up for night entertainment A lot of bugs bring bug spray Theatre extremely small disappointing if you want to see the entertainment Day activities lack

Resort was our favorite one in Mexico. Rooms were amazing. Customer service was wonderful. Would stay here again ONLY dislike was Vista swim up bar staff was not very attentive and their signature drinks were all inconsistent

it's decent for the price. bedroom has tattered curtains but I didn't stay in my room long enough to care too much. had to have someone clean shower doors. certain bartenders were dude, but don't let it ruin your mood! I like that giant pools, the beach is right there though full of seaweed. never crowded anywhere which is nice. seems to have construction going on for awhile now.

Beautiful property, lovely rooms but food was definitely just average.
