Everything was up to mark best decision of mine to take this resort there is only small negative point is not many veg options. Except that must go resort. Its near to downtown and many small shopping places!!!

There is a giant construction happening at the hotel which was not disclosed anywhere. The pool is closed, half of the restaurants are closed, it’s loud from 8am to 8pm so you can’t even open the balcony door to enjoy the views.
Food is terrible and extremely limited. Service is also bad. Very understaffed hotel with huge lines everywhere, from check-in to restaurants.

Very disappointed. I’m mad we stayed at this property. The construction was obnoxious and such an inconvenience. We didn’t know there would be construction on the pool OUTSIDE OF OUR ROOM. So loud and so ugly to look at. We would’ve chosen a different property had we known. Also the food was so gross. I’m not even picky but it was terrible. Me and my husband didn’t like most of the food there.

Did not know when we book that the property was under construction. Staff did everything to accommodate us. We were especially pleased with our Butler Jessica and will visit the resort again because of her excellent customer service!!! She made our stay absolutely enjoyable in spite of the on going construction! THANK YOU JESSICA!!!

Once we got to our renovated room it was Great, they are renovating this place so it is noisy, but i bet Once its done it's gonna be a greater place, other then the construction this place was perfect, great food and friendly people....
