Good overall. HUGE resort. Hard to get reservations in restaurants and better dishes cost extra. Staff nice. Buffet what you would expect at a good all inclusive.

Checking it at the property was hassle free, friendly staff. I would recommend getting an uber from the airport, was less expensive and you don’t have to haggle with the people at the airport.
At the property We had a great time, the activities at the pool were fun, the pool side food was perfect for lunch. Breakfast and dinner at the main Buffett was very good, we liked that better than the reservation restaurants. The rooms were clean, fridges stocked each day, room service 24hrs was good (didn’t like the ham quesadilla). Bar atmosphere was fun for everyone Raquel and Joany were the best servers. If you need something that the resort doesn’t have there is a convenience store within walking distance follow the path off the property to the left, go down the road to the crosswalk and cross your will see “The Deli”. Check out was easy, uber back to the airport
