Great staff overnight before an early train in the morning. Rooms are in need of a refresh - sagging tables and questionable lighting. Breakfast included was a great bonus

I was arriving Cancun Airport late at night 10:50 pm and even the customs took so long, the time I was on the platform was almost 12 am. I was going to the all inclusive resort the next day, so it was a very convenient choice. The shuttle bus came within 30 minutes. It was easy to get to the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The swimming pool was fine. We started the first swim there.

requested handicap room, not available and they laughed at us. and then the shuttle for airport in am was 30 min late.
