This was the second time at Dreams sands and the beach is wonderful low surf clean sand. Food is great. Rooms always clean. Need anything just ask they will get it

The property was great. Food was delicious. The only issue was a non-working elevator. Delayed everything.

Room 337 all mold and mildew, ended up respiratory sick. Floors dirty, sandy every day, no towels, safe didnt work money stolen. Damp/wet sheets. Champagne was the worst. Noisey with outside music/ entertainment . Luggage wasn't delevired fir iver 2 hours after a 8 hour delay. Never stay at this resort.

The staff were super friendly and so helpful. I loved the events that were hosted at night. The entire resort was very clean and the staff attended to any requests i had.
One thing i did not like was the food. I wish there were more Mexican options given that we were in Mexico. I would’ve also appreciated that the buffet put out food quicker as it ran out quickly and had to wait for certain food items to be put out.

I liked everything but I did book it because it supposed to include all the drinks they couldn’t make mix shots which that’s really the only thing I drink and food was okay the buffet wasn’t open for dinner had to reserve for dinner told us we had to buy a bottle

Food was terrible. Even as preferred it was first come first serve for the restaurants. Service was impeccable. Angel, Miguel, Roberto deserve a special shout out for their amazing service. Only thing good about this resort was location, beach and service. Room service ran out of wings all the time. Also got our order wrong every time.

I’ve stayed at this location multiple times, though it has changed its name or property owner a few different times. I like that is far away from the noise yet close enough to other locations. The property needs more updating, but it does look like they are slowly upgrading the place. Unfortunately, we had hurricane Helene pass by, which made a mess, but it’s part of nature.
