This property has horrible food and service! The Presidential Suite looked nothing like the photos shown on the website. Our “living room” had a murphy bed and a dining table...no sofa! The sinks in 2 out of the 3 bathrooms were clogged and the shower water would leak out of the shower doors! This hotel is not a 4 star property at all or even close to it! We stayed 5 nights and only 1 out of the 2 elevators on our wing worked with no sign of anyone fixing it at all the entire time we were there. The elevators smelled so bad with no air conditioning or ventilation. We will never come back to this property or it’s sister properties. EVERYTHING about this hotel was such low quality.

The staff was very friendly and the property was clean and quiet. We had a beautiful view from the balcony. The food was tasty and was well presented at Marco Polo.
