Room door lock didnt lock.
Sewer gas coming back into the room because of horrible plumbing, TOXIC.
No wifi.

The staff is fine, just the place do not look like the pictures, I felt a little bit disappointed at the beginning, but after the stay of some days, we realize that it is not too bad, the staff people make a little detail with some flowers we travel with, that was cute, we felt grateful for it.
