Gorgeous views, nice pool mares and beach access. Decent price for those on a budget. You wouldn’t want to be stuck in your room. Nice staff.

We stay for one night , the property it’s clean , good customer service, access to the beach the room was clean with balcony and sea view

i was here for a short stay. My room was clean and i had a nice view to the ocean. Staff was really nice

First of all Orbitz it isn’t a trustful site when you look for hotels, because they did showed that this ''property'' was wonderful and we choose right? But it was a nightmare, cracked all over the place, its turn in a part, I felt completely unsafe over there because of that and the area is very dangerous, please trust me. If you thinking about going to a hotel in Cancun dont go here, it was one of the worst experience we never had. And yes, we took off less than one hour.
The property and Orbitz didnt returned (refund) anything to us, even after I contacted Orbitz, but we safe, that’s all that matter.
I woludnt trust on Orbitz advertising descriptions anymore.Im out.
