It felt like living and walking in a brothel. People were consuming unacceptable things, and bringing strange people. The place is dirty, the economic room has no access to the ac. The worst hotel in 11 years of my travelling. The staff is arrogant and will use excuses not to use the same language. They charged me more than what I had to pay for. The continental breakfast included bread butter jam, with Tea of a glass of juice. Its a shame to be living in his hotel, and shame on Expedia for onboarding this apartment building(not a hotel).

thank you for the feedback, I dont understand why, if you stayed one night, you didnt complaint in the front desk. we dont know why you are telling this was a brothel, we dont accept people like you are saying. It you felt that way, you should tell in the front desk. consuming unacceptable things? did you see anything? We do not accept drinks brought in and smoking is not allowed. its too bad you didnt tell if you saw something like that and you didnt complain.Place is not dirty, we clean hotel and we dont have any complain about it. "arrogant", when you go to any other country, try learn the lenguage, is not our obligation speak your lenguage and is not arrogance. Next time try calling to be sure someone speaks and understand if you have problem with any staff. You booked the room thru expedia.mx, we assumed you speak spanish.

This is definitely not a place for tourists. AC was at an additional cost, there was only bedding on one of the beds, and half of the floor was covered in a puddle of water. The surrounding area is unsafe (confirmed by two taxi drivers) and was noisy during the night. Staff was friendly but staying here was more of a crazy story than an enjoyable experience.
