Great property at a great price. Sadly had a housekeeping issue where the pillows had no pillow slips on the bed and were covered in hair. Requested the pillows be fixed and came back to find the pillows had simply been thrown in the wardrobe. Night staff got replacements but bit disappointing. Other than that rooms and facilities are great. Will stay again

Accessible room bathroom shower water overflows to bathroom floor. Kitchen pots not clean.

Receptionists were terrible. No greeting, did not give me the breakfast voucher until I found out that my deal included breakfast. We told the hotel that a pet dog will be coming but no pet bed or bowl were provided. Inside all elevator there was rubbish. Not sure how this hotel is getting positive feedbacks. The only good thing is probably that it is close to the Canberra Centre.
