They overbooked the hotel and I was not given the room I booked.

Not good; very dusty. We asked to change the linen multiple times during our stay but room service didn’t do it

It was pricy and was not worth it. The stuff in the room were dinosaurs. Even There was no hairdryer in the room. It think the rip off the visitors with their $210 dollars per night. Overall I never recommend it to others.

The room wasnt as advertised, the fridge and tv didnt work, the room had a terrible smell and the bed was dirty. The sheets were horrible and scratchy and wered put on the bed properly so they just kept exposing the dirty matress underneath. Not only that the bed kept seperating as it was just two single beds pushed together but not secured. The shower has terrible water pressure and was either hot or cold and there was dust and dirt everywhere. The toilet paper was just tissues and the moisturiser provided was so old it was brown.

There was no hair dryer.No teaspoons to make coffee. It was noisy. The room was cramped and shabby

Windows don’t lock, telephones don’t work. Unresponsive staff. Rooms are old and in average condition. Blinds and curtains broken, resulting in a lack of privacy. Corridors are dark and dingy. Stains on the carpet and stale, putrid smells along corridors. Doors are in poor condition and not sound proof, loud and obnoxious guests can be heard throughout the night.
A very very average stay, avoid at all costs. Pay the extra few dollars for better quality. The images depicting the property should be updated to reflect actual condition of rooms.
