It was a pretty bad experience as there is no receptionist on site after hour!

There was no one attending at the reception after hour, this can't be acceptable for such a sized hotel.

Posted 13 Aug 2024 on HotelsWe were very happy with the high standard of hospitality offered by Garden City Hotel, the one minor problem we had being dealt with promptly and efficiently. We had a four-night stay and were impressed and gratified that our room was fully serviced daily - not so common these days.

We have had to move 3 times to find appropriate room we have booked in the middle of the night.
They offered a refund for one night but it did not eventuated. In sum they wont see us again.
