Location is pretty good. Everything is close in Canberra so can’t really go wrong. Room was tidy but coffee table could’ve done with a proper clean. Overall not bad but probably stay somewhere else next time. On site parking is good.

Room does not have good ventilation, which caused a build up of water on the bedroom windows. Hence the room smelt damp. Otherwise the place was good. We cracked the window to provide ventilation, however it would be good if the cleaners did this daily.

The place needs a good maintenance upgrade and a good clean. We had a king bed that was two singles made in to a king but they were not the same height. The staff were nice and helpful. good eateries just down the road.

There was very suspicious stains on the couch and what looked like tomato sauce stains on the wall, shower condition was overall very poor with rusting and soap scum soap dish and mould in corners Paint chipping in multiple areas

Aging property with noticeable degradation in many places (bulding facades, pavement, etc.). Basic-quality/outdated room furniture (bed, couch, etc.) and bathroom facilities. Big TV with infotainment guest services, new fridge, and reverse-cycle AC in living space, but no heating/cooling in bedroom.

We stayed in 2BR apartment. Hotel definitely needs upgrading. Shower in main room either freezing or boiling. Much better in other room but still temperamental. Found pubic hair in the bath. Beds need replacing as sagged off to one side. No blankest/doonas on beds, the “spare” blanket was disgusting (1 doona with no cover and covered in yellow stains). Also, one blanket for a room that holds 4 ppl is a bit ridiculous! Washing machine was super convenient, spacious lounge area. Kitchen good but a few dirty dishes in the cupboards and could do with an update. Lights flickered on and off randomly in the room Pool was nice. Didn’t see any staff except at check in which was super easy. Staff member was friendly. Overall, ok but probably wouldn’t stay here again
