In good walking distance to our event, cafe and restaurant. Food was lovely.

Only the underground parking needs to be upgraded. No one use a key to unlock the gate any longer, especially where the car needs to stop on the top of a steepy slope that is dangerous.

Staff were argumentative when I was checking in, website says 10am check in time starts but they argued that it starts at 2pm. Once I advised them I had already called and asked about earlier check in they moved my room and allowed me to check in. The after hours key did not work, neither did the after hours phone number. Very disappointing. If it wasn’t for another guest who had a working key I would’ve been sleeping in my car.

The lock on the room for meant we felt unsafe. Lobby staff was excellent. Cleaners in the morning seemed to have little concept of the noise they were making. The room was clean.
