"The whole place needs massive renovations and did not jusify paying over 3100 euros for a 1 bedroom apartment. Considering the week after (we went on UK half term) the price drops to a third of a price, I would consider it a total rip off and taking customers for a ride. The owners admitted they are going through a 4 Million euro renovation project next summer which goes to show the state Alpina property. Don't go there until it is renovated in 2026. "

"Each and every staff member from Dalai Lama Village were amazing. Their attention to detail was second to none. From the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out, we were treated with kindness and compassion. Given the opportunity, I would go back in a heartbeat."

"Nice small flat in the mountain village of Antagnod, Ayas valley, with basic kitchen and very good bathroom. The flat is excellent for short stay; since it is a bit small, it may not be suitable for longer stay."

"The property was very clean the rooms were immaculate, good size and high-quality. Close to shopping, dining, and transportation was top-notch. However but a very noisy area and the night shift staff was not good with communication and was very aggressive and angry he overcharged me with hotel prices even when he knew he was wrong "

"Very nice apartment. Valery the owner very nice and helpful. She has alot of knowledge about Aoesta valley and gave us a lit of tips were to vusit / hiking."

"Great location for our family ski trip. The hotel has an agreement with a lovely ski hire shop which is fabulous as we could leave our ski's and boots there every day, it made such a difference to our trip. We used the pool daily, it was lovely after a day on the slopes. You have to book one hour slots for the pool which works well as it is never too busy."

"Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Hotel was spotless and had everything you would need. Beautiful walk around lake area. Felt very safe. Lots of near by villages to explore. We took an unexpected trip to Domodossola which was well worth the 45 minute drive to see the foothills of the alps along the drive and the old historic city which had amazing charm."

"The apartment room was clean and had all the facilities we required for a one night stay. The lady at reception was helpful and polite. The only slight issue I could note was the entrance to the could have been better sign posted. The rest was excellent located close to the centre and main railway station."

"Great, central location, a 5 minute walk from Porta Nuova, the main train station in Turin, with several attractions within walking distance. The front desk was very accommodating. It was Superbowl Sunday with the game from 12:40-4:30 AM, and i was not sure where or if it was being shown on Italian TV. But they helped me and i got to watch the entire game in Italian language. 😊"

"The staff are super helpful. Laura and everyone helped me figuring out the buses I needed to take. This made my trip so much easier. Thank you. The hotel is 2 blocks from the main train station and many bus stops that take you everywhere in the city. A few blocks from the Piazza San Carlos and the Egiptian museum. Two short blocks from the Roma corso, the main shopping area. Lots of options for food around. The room and bed were small, but clean and comfortable. I would stay again. "

"A perfect hotel in Turin. Could not fault anything. It’s a beautiful hotel on a pedestrian street and a good value considering the standard of hotel and location. The lobby is lovely. The room was a good size for two people. The breakfast buffet is varied and high quality. Most of all, their customer service is outstanding. I am very grateful they were able to help with a reservation mixup, and with no hesitation at all. If I return to Turin, no doubt this is where I’d stay."
