Lovely hotel! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is super clean. Breakfast was great.
Good transport links. Have recommended to family & friends already and I’m sure we’ll return some time.

Excellent service. Bus stop right in front of the property. Train station 3 blocks from it. Very convenient and a nice well maintained place.

I really enjoyed this unique stay at this hotel. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff was friendly and spa experience was special. I world recommend and stay again. I had the Mozart room located in the 1st fl.

Nice quirky hotel closer to Canary Wharf and the canals.

Very quirky.
Friendly staff.
Bed was hard and not very comfortable.

Lovely hotel, of five star service and room quality standard tho the restaurant didn't open evenings so one had to walk out for food, but the bar was gorgeous, the lounge was gorgeous, there was a real library with books to read, the room was immaculate and dedicate to a single novelist in a very interesting and cool decor, and the artworks and craft works around the hotel were stunning
