We enjoyed our London visit by having this hotel as our 'base'. It was nice to get back to our room at the end of each day and relax.

Really liked the location, which was convenient for the event we attended at Excel. Staff was lovely. Rooms a bit dated to me but large and comfortable. Breakfast was good but closes early.

Excellent location, room was very spacious and products in bathroom were beautiful. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Will stay again.

Although property was hard to locate ,our stay was very good. Very convenient to location of wedding we attended.

The staff were very accomodating to our needs and the room was in perfect condition when we arrived. Overall a very smooth checking in process and a relaxing stay.
