Good location, generally very good service, but a bit expensive

This hotel stay was very pleasant. It has a bright and voluminous grand lobby with dining and beverage facilities. The staff is extremely welcoming and attentive and go above and beyond to enthusiastically respond to requests. The room is bright and spacious with a large bathroom with all amenities! The view of the river is spectacular and the pool house is impressive with extra long pool with multiple lanes for laps. Our stay was brief but overall exceeded expectations!

Posted 20 Jul 2024 on HotelsNot sure this is a 5* hotel. Rooms very dated, ripped bed sheets, wall paper peeling. Real shame as I booked it for a treat for our anniversary.
Plenty of 4* hotels in the area which are infinitely better. If you are looking for somewhere special this isn’t the place.
