Location of the property and cost Dislike my room door lock malfunctioned so l wae locked out of my room. However the clerk got the master key right away and got me in.

Pros and cons...let's start with Pros. Convenient location, comfy bed. Cons, room lighting was odd ..nothing plugged in and no light by door. Bathroom had light/fan combo which was really loud so that couldn't even be used as a decent light by the door. Tv remote didn't operate on/off of TV, (which was also not plugged in) so I had to get up to turn off tv-super inconvenient! Breakfast was packaged donuts/muffins and yogurt which they didn't refill. Desk crew was friendly but lazy. Lobby has full of dirt, no refills of breakfast, etc. Although dog friendly, I didnt expect the employees to bring in THEIR dog who barked at 8 am and at every other dog that came through the lobby. I needed one more night in the area and changed hotels due to all the cons.
