For the price, many positives

For a not very expensive hotel this has a great location, good view, large rooms with desk, chair and proper storage, an elevator, really nice staff, and a parking lot out back for a vehicle or scooter. Area for improvement - connecting to the wifi was not as smooth as other hotels where you connect once and then it always connects automatically. Here you've got to go through a webpage each time and there are multiple similarly named connections that make it confusing. A few times I just gave up and hotspotted my phone.

Cebu’s little gem.

I’ve stayed at Maxwell back in 2011 my experience back then made me go back again this. The staff are very friendly and the location just add icing to the cake. It’s close to everything. Plus the rates is very reasonable , I will come back again.
