Staff were rude. I booked and paid for 1 adult and 3 children but was told that only 1 person is allowed in the pool, went to the front desk to complain and was told to have 3 persons in the pool. Is the facility implying to leave 1 of the kids in the room while the other 2 are in the pool or just have 3 children in the pool without adult supervision? Terrible…This facility should not be allowed to book family rooms.

This property is clean, excellent staff and food! There is a variety of food on breakfast from Filipino to international food choices.

One of the best hotels ive stayed in from around the world! Great experience with a top notch service and dinning availability with the best continental breakfast ever!! Roof top pool is the icing on the cake.
