WE did not like the noise from the events held at the hotel.
The fact that they went on till 11.30 at night on some occasions. Also the sounds of what seemed to be someone drumming for long periods of time, at all hours of the day & night.

The place was very nice and quiet and everyone was friendly. They did their very best to help you if you needed it. I will definitely like to stay again next time I stay in Cebu

I know that left my manicure set there and their staff denies seeing it. They need to screen their help more thoroughly with background checks.
The breakfast and their breakfast staff was their saving grace.
First room, the aircon quit, the 2nd room they had to replace the phone and the cable box.
