I faced problems with the hot bath in my trip that was in the middle of the winter in Campos do Jordão, the manager of the hotel wasn´t able to solve the problem but was very polite.
The place is very clean, all the furniture was perfect and te breakfast was great!
If the problem did not happen I would rate 9,5.

in the Village, everything is walkable
Posted 3 Sep 2018 on Hotelsgreat hotel, i got the room i asked for that had the Hot Tub in the clock tower... the hotel is perfect location to the "village". Park the car underground... free with hotel, and walk the village streets. just wonderful, the breakfast on the outside balcony was perfection.... you can choose to stay up the hill, and have to drive to the village, or stay in the village like we did, and can enjoy this perfect "vail" village

Posted 20 Aug 2017 on HotelsGreat place. Great people. The hotel is new so rooms and furniture are both new. Three rooms are big with good views. Breakfast and trees are also very well served. The staff is very friendly, helpful and always available. Regarding the location, it could be closer to the main part of the city where most bars and restaurants are. I highly recommend this place.

Posted 20 Jun 2024 on HotelsA localização é excelente, os quartos grandes e super confortáveis. Mas esperava um pouco de atenção por ter passado meu aniversário hospedada lá, talvez um cartãozinho. O café da manhã é servido somente a partir das 8h, precisamos sair um pouco antes para pegarmos o voo e não nos foi oferecido nada como café.
