just got there and ask to see the room. elevator was old and making noises. room small and smells like old. it was prepaid but i decided to loose the money but not my vacations. so I went to a nearby hotel and paid again

Péssimo hotel, não volto mais nunca
Hotel bem localizado, enfim o quarto que fiquei cheiro de mofo absurdo, banheiro velho, nem ducha higiênica tinha, pia rachada, estamos fora da temporada e a temperatura aumenta um pouco e não tem ar e nos ofereceram um ventilador.Lixeira banheiro anti higiênica, não é de pedal, temos que colocar a mão para inserir algo dentro. Enfim, péssimo hotel, não recomendo , um dos piores que já fiquei em toda minha vida. Inclusive coloquei comentário no Instagram falando e eles apagaram. Se vc vier pra descansar fuja daqui, hotel extremamente barulhento, as pessoas conversam do lado de fora e escutamos nos quartos. Péssima experiência

O hotel tem localização privilegiada, porém fica em uma subida e sem calçada e rua bem ruim, mas é um trajeto muito pequeno de subida. O quarto que fiquei não é grande, mas confortável, o espaço infantil é muito bom e o café da manhã também, atendimento tô excelente, mas a piscina apesar de aquecida, tinha mau cheiro e água turva.

O atendimento é muito bom, ótimo café da manhã, a ceia de reveillon, com música ao vivo e queima de fogos foi realmente incrível.Impecável! O hotel é um pouco antigo. A pia do banheiro estava trincada e as louças eram desgastadas. Banheiro sem janela.e pouca ventilação.Cama e chuveiros muito bons.

No geral é um bom Hotel
Café da manhã muito bom/equipe educada e solícita.Próximo ao centrinho de Capivari, mas é em uma ladeira(mas,para quem não tem dificuldade de locomoção, é tranquilo)Ótima vista.Não tem ar condicionado mas, a temperatura estava amena. Pontos ruins: carpete nos corredores e escadas. Não tem acessibilidade. Isolamento acústico ruim(ficamos em ala de famílias, com quartos mais espaçosos, por isso, esta avaliação pode representar um pouco da falta de educação das pessoas, gritos com crianças nos corredores, crianças correndo e batendo bola, etc)
