Muito boa a localização e receptividade. Excelente custo benefício. É um hotel antigo, mas o quarto é bom. Banheiro poderia modernizar um pouco mais, mas ficamos satisfeitos com a Localização e custo benefício! Eu voltarei lá com certeza.

Chuveiro não esquenta, porta do banheiro com maçaneta que fica emperrada, próximo a comércio com música alta até após as 23h00, janelas não vendam barulho externo sendo possível ouvir moto, ônibus e caminhões passando, constante barulho de motor elétrico.

Quarto super confortável, tudo limpinho, frigobar funcionando, não precisamos ligar ar condicionado. Ótima localização, na recepção o atendimento também foi ótimo, café da manhã padrão não tenho nada a reclamar. Recomendo.

Não há padrão de conforto nos quartos Tive 3 experiências: Quarto 321 - quarto sem conforto, acabamento péssimo, parece aqueles quartos fundo de quintal. Pessoa experiência Quarto 104 - quarto de conforto mediano, tive dificuldades em utilizar a água quente do banheiro. Quarto 106 - quarto confortável, acabamento agradável, de melhor estrutura.

Simples, mas atente para noites rapidas
Na chegada, esperamos por muito tempo no lado de fora pois não havia atendente no hall de entrada. Não fomos direcionados ao quarto. Os quartos são arrumados mas não são condizente ao preço que se paga na estadia. O banheiro é compacto, não possui toalha de rosto e não acompanhou o kit higiênico que promete no anúncio. No geral, a localidade do hotel é muito boa pois há muitas opções para entretenimento gastronômico e é próximo ao Vale Sul Shopping Indicado para quem busca estadia na cidade por um curto prazo e sem muito luxo. Obs : A coopera atendeu o café muito bem, por mais simples que seja.

Não gostei de nada. Quarto velho, Paredes sujas, banheiro velho e com infiltração no teto, não tem elevador, lençol, cama e toalha de banho de péssima qualidade. Funcionários não ajudam em nada, não dão muita atenção. Café da manhã é péssimo sem quase opções. Todos os dias foi a mesma coisa. Hotel é mal cuidado principalmente nos corredores dos quartos. Pintura feia e suja. Não recomendo. Não vale o preço.
