Funcionária mal educada.
Hospedagem horrível. Chuveiro sem água, ou extremamente quente. Funcionária do período vespertino muito mal educada, quando questionado do chuveiro. Demais funcionários atenciosos e queridos. Quarto sem ventilador, com um piso barulhento e aparentemente solto. Hotel tem tudo para ser muito bom, mas a falta de educação da funcionária perante uma situação desconfortável foi realmente frustrante, perante ao alto preço pago pela diária.

Acomodação incrível, moderna e aconchegante. cafe da manha muito bom. Boa localização, mas para ir ao centro de Capivari, é melhor ir de carro ou enfrentar uma ladeira na volta para o hotel. Estavamos hospedados durante a semana e à noite, não havia muita gente andando pelas ruas ao redor do hotel, mas sentimos segurança para caminhar. A única sugestao de melhoria é trocar o protetor do colchao pois faz muito barulho ao deitar.

Maravilhosa Estadia!
Excepcional!!! Tanto o atendimento quanto a propriedade, tudo muito bom, quarto super confortável, chuveiro excelente, cama muito confortável, roupa de cama muito cheirosa e limpa. O café da manhã é um show a parte, tudo delicioso e alguns itens não convencionais em outras pousadas. Equipe super atenciosa e simpática, estão todos de parabéns, que continuem assim e não percam a qualidade.

Excelente pousada, estrutura nova, boa localização, bom atendimento e ótimo café da manhã. Foram dois dias maravilhosos. A única coisa que poderiam verificar é o chuveiro, que dependendo da pressão utilizada faz um barulho atrapalhando os outros hóspedes, mas nada que desabone.
