Best service ever. The entire staff, including cleaning staff, restaurant, front desk, anyone you may run into in the hotel, are very well trained to be polite, efficient, try to go above an beyond to have the guest’s needs taken care of. I was really impressed. Anywhere, anytime.

Great Hotel
Posted 13 Dec 2021 on HotelsCheck-in took a little longer than I’d hope, and the room felt a little dated. That being said, those are very minor items when contrasting with the great amenities and staff (including kids club) that the hotel offers. This was our second 5+ day stay at the hotel and I highly recommend it!

Dear madam, Royal Palm Plaza Resort is located in Campinas, not close to Morumbi Shopping.

Excellent family stay at Royal Palms
Posted 19 Jun 2019 on HotelsOur stay at Royal Palms was excellent. The room was comfortable and one of the few who could house my family of five. The breakfast included was excellent. One minor item was that there was a little mold/mildew in the shower.
