Uma experiência incrível! O chalé acomoda muito bem 5 pessoas e ainda é bem amplo. Apesar de não ter berço disponível, dá para juntar as camas e funciona super bem. O espaço tem bastante verde, atividades, espaços com rede, piscina, meu filho aproveitou bastante. O que mais adorei são os bichinhos que vão te dar boas vindas! Gatinhos lindos e cachorros super amáveis. O café da manhã é fora de sério de gostoso! Já quero me organizar para voltar outras vezes.

Boa estadia, otima atmosfera na pousada, café da manhã bem organizado, piscina climatizada, muito harborismo bem agradável, a suite 7 com algumas avarias, como batentes estufados, marcenarias precisando de manutenção e o banheiro precisando de uma reforma. Durante a estadia, 2 dias, os disjuntores gerais cairam 3 vezes.

Boa experiência , faltam alguns itens de conforto básicos como uma cortina na porta balcão para ficar bem escuro , nas amenidades so fornecem sabonete , e o horário do café da manha é meio tarde as 08:00, e Durante nossa estadia atrasou em media 20 minutos ou seja começava quase 8:30 que afetava bem a programação de passeios , mas o local é bem bonito , agradável os animais da propriedade são uns doces e os atendentes bem simpáticos

Ambiente do hotel é bem acolhedor, café da manhã muito bom e opções oferecidas pro jantar boas também. Jantamos no hotel e comida estava bem saborosa. Acomodações das suítes são razoáveis e atende bem pelo custo benefício. Único ponto negativo foi pelo tapete do banheiro que na estava disponível no quarto. Voltaria sem problemas.

Atendimento e Gestão Ruim
Chegamos na Pousada e não tinha funcionário para recepcionar, esperamos um longo tempo para o portão ser aberto e fomos atendidos por uma funcionária que estava fazendo a limpeza dos chales. No outro dia não foi efetuado a arrumação do quarto pois não deixamos a chaves pois não fomos avisados que precisava proceder dessa forma. O Sistema de TV é ruim e a internet trava. A piscina não é climatizadas e na nossa estada estava suja! O café da manhã é bom, mas nos geral não valeu o custo versus benefício, em fim o empreendimento necessita de uma gestão de hospitalidade.
