4 dias sem Wi-Fi Tv antiga sem APP. Café da manhã de baixa qualidade, pães de aparência de antes de ontem, último dia tomei café na padaria. Empregados do hotel pouco interessados em auxiliar - na solução de problemas - na recepção com as malas - chuveiro com regulagem de temperatura difícil. - calor forte e ar condicionado do restaurante desligado, sempre era necessário pedir pra ligar, com certa má vontade. Área de lazer distante 4 km do hotel (piscina descoberta, quadras, Toalhas muito finas, desgastadas, Custo benefício não vale a pena voltar.

Foi muito bom. Atendimento de excelência. Hotel de ótima qualidade. A área de lazer incrível. Café da manhã muito bom. A única coisa que deixou a desejar foi que o ar condicionado do quarto estava vazando água e o elevador fazia uns barulhos que nos deixavam temerosos,rs... O mais forte perfeito

O Hotel é razoável, bem localizado, mas os atendentes são dispersos, o café da manhã é bem básico. A piscina aquecida é ótima, apenas a hidromassagem não fica ligada por muito tempo, o acionamento é feito pela recepção, e eles desligam após alguns minutos. Achei o valor da diária em relação ao que o hotel proporciona.

Estive lá de 20/11/2024 até 22/11/2024 e hotel é muito bom, principalmente se levarmos em conta o preço. A fachada é bonita, mas ao olharmos a lateral temos a impressão de se tratar de um local bem antigo. No entanto o interior do hotel é muito bem arrumado e os quartos têm decoração clean e são bem aconchegantes. Os funcionários são muito educados e prestativos. A piscina aquecida é ótima e a parte chata é que eles ligam a hidro ou a cascata por apenas 20 minutos, aí quando acaba você tem que pedir praigar de novo pelo WhatsApp ou pessoalmente. Se vocês ficar duas horas na hidro, terá de pedir pra ligar cinco vezes. As piscinas abertas não ficam no mesmo prédio, mas sim em uma chácara que fica uns 4 km dali, num trajeto que não tem como fazer a pé, visto que envolve estrada. O café da manhã é bom simples.

Camas moles , travesseiros finos bem desgastados ,toalhas finas também . Se não conseguem dormir com claridade nem se hospedem neste hotel pois a cortina é branca quase transparente e antes das 06:00hrs da manhã a claridade já entra no quarto . Café da manhã razoável . É barato ,porém a relação custo x benefício é péssima .
