The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, but always the same exact food each morning. The hotel did not provide shampoo in the rooms. I have never stayed in a hotel that didn't provide at least shampoo.
There was internet that worked well, however there were no USB ports in the room. Fortunately I brought my own 120v plugs, which had USB ports as well as plugs.

My first time visiting Brazil from the US: Very friendly and helpful staff, who spoke English where my Portuguese was lacking. Everything was great except that I did not bring my own shampoo and conditioner, and the front desk did not have any to give me or sell to me. Also the toilets say not to put trash into them, but does that include toilet paper? (Yes, that includes toilet paper)

Friendly staff, great location. Close to most area points if interest as well as the airport. Breakfast was not included and tbh, could be improved. Brazilian hotels are known for their Breakfasts. This was disappointing.

When I come back to Brazil, I would stay there again. close to everything and near my family. Great rate, clean, great staff.
