Good stay

It is a good hotel, in a small city. Not very chic, but clean and well organized. Very good for an overnight stay after a wedding nearby.

Not a business hotel, barely liveable

We stayed as a large group attending a nearby wedding in Bragança. For the price we paid, I would not return to this hotel or recommend it. At most this would be a three star basic hotel not geared toward business travelers or families. The hotel advertised a lake view room which did deliver the view; but this also meant constant traffic noise from the busy road below. The noise was present regardless of whether the windows were opened or closed. Every night there were loud people hanging outside the bar across the street. Each morning there was loud traffic and dogs barking ferociously in the park below. Not at all restful... we learned from friends staying in rear facing rooms that those were much quieter. Other faults included: Bedside lamp switches which produced electrical shock. The bed and pillows are not very comfortable. No real bed comforter (there was only a blanket and sheets). No daily towel service. When asked if there was a clothing iron, the front desk told us no - we would need to send out our clothing to be washed and pressed. How could this be serving business travelers...? The hotel has a decent daily breakfast. The staff is very nice although usually only one member could speak English proficiently.

Great location in Bragança for business travelers

Great experience overall for a very reasonable price. Friendly and professional staff. Good location and amenities. Nice view to lake Taboao. Very good breakfast buffet.

best hotel in the city, not real 5 star but service is good, good price too. just nosiy if the room is close to the street.

everything is fine here, good location, good view, nice staff to server you with good service. Only issue is the room close to the street with noise during the day time to late nigh, which may cause some sleep difficulty
