We asked for fresh towels and to have the room serviced, at 8am when we left, and they did no clean it by the time we got back, at 9pm Had to go down and complain at the front desk, and it took a while, but was able to get some fresh towels at least The breakfast is good, and staff is generaly friendly

Quarto simples e um pouco pequeno, camas razoáveis. Sem barulhos é boa cortina de blackout, higienização boa dos banheiros e quartos. Atendimento muito bom na entrada, recepcionistas cordiais. Tem frigobar mas não é abastecido, tudo é solicitado na recepção que 24 horas, achei ruim, pois tem que sair para buscar. Café da manhã bom.

HOTEL IBIS ITATIBA SINÔNIMO DE CONFORTO
Adoramos e achamos excelente a nossa estadia, tudo limpo e confortável, local do hotel é tranquilo, de frente para uma reserva Florestal (parece), em uma rua sem saída, somente com trânsito local dos próprios clientes, sossego total. Café da manhã muito bom com variedades. Funcionários atenciosos e educados.
