The shower was excellent, but my bed was not well prepared; the sheets were too short. There was no WiFi reception in my room, so I had to use my cell phone's data connection. No one asked me if I was satisfied at my checkout.

Surrounding was noisy and bathroom was not repaired accordingly (electrical outlet was missing the cover)

Posted 22 Nov 2023 on HotelsA Recepção não atendeu as chamadas que fiz para questionar sobre o ar condicionado e a TV quando cheguei e assim precisei descer.
E precisei buscar o secador na Recepção com toalha na cabeça, pois não têm o procedimento de levar ao quarto.
E o café da manhã é caro pelo que oferecem!
Não me hospedarei mais nesse hotel!

Posted 21 Oct 2023 on HotelsRazoavel. O interruptor de luz do corredoe de entrada estava quebrado. A iluminação ficou prejudidada.
As lampadas muito fracas. O abajur da cabeceira da cama é dificil manipulação.
O que salvou foi o caféda manhã. Simples mas eficiente.
