Cheguei pouco antes das 22hs. Antes de me sentar no restaurante para jantar, consultei o responsável sobre o atendimento, o qual me foi assegurado. Enquanto me servi no buffet frio, pedi a bebida. Na primeira garfada, me foi informado que a comida seria retirada. Reclamei com o responsável pela cozinha e a resposta foi “que seria retirado”. Não concordei e me levantei e fiquei sem jantar. Para a identificação do responsável pela informação inicial, houve um jogo de empurra. Identificado aguardei sua vinda e meu cuidado foi confirmado. Ofereceram servir, mas por razões óbvias, não aceitei nova alimentação. Com relação à limpeza, as toalhas de banho exalavam um odor horrível. Sem condição de uso.

O hotel em si é muito bom, atendimento exemplar em todo o espaço. Só não achei correto quando cheguei pra fazer o check in, e pagaria na propriedade,  mas tivemos a surpresa de o valor integral ja ter sido cobrado no dia anterior no cartão de crédito,  sendo que a reserva deixou bem claro que pagariamos na propriedade. E ainda por cima, o hotel deixou claro que foi o Hoteis.com que cobrou a reserva e não eles, ou seja, não podiam fazer nada. Achei muito estranho, principalmente porque não consegui nenhum contato humano pelo telefone disponível, pelo chat, o robo não leva a lugar nenhum e não consegui resolver nada, achei um descaso. O hotel como sempre muito bom, mas se atrapalharam no domingo no almoço. Não avisaram que seria a la carte os pedidos, e ficamos 1h até vir a comida. Mas foi tudo resolvido.
