"I stayed a couple nights at this hotel in mid October 2 years after a previous trip in which I stayed for about 5 days over a weekend in late February. Perhaps they were just in the process of getting ready for the warm season this time but the service was slow and the pool area needed some attention. This IS a beautiful hotel and the staff is extremely friendly; I will stay here again."
