Old outdated place. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Dirty counters. Dust bunnies. Terrible service. Three guests, two towels. No restocking items like soap, coffee, towels between days stayed. Housekeeper spoke no English. Definitely won’t stay there again.

Have stayed previously and it is a great place for a quick trip from the North Island to Campbell River. We liked the breakfast and everything was great.

This was a horrible experience through Expedia. We got the wrong size room, the bedspread was stained, the kitchen was falling apart. We had to call to get help with check in at 4:30 in the afternoon and there willing to come to the desk and help us. We left and are requiring a refund. Expedia should not be promoting this as a highly rated hotel worth the extra money.

Did not clean or make up room, checked out day early. No elevator or information about elevator make check in & out difficult. Room needed basic refinishing or painting.

Great views and walkway across the road The free breakfast was also nice
