Fantastic property in a beautiful location. Rooms are beautifully furnished. Friendly and hospitable hosts went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The home cooked dinners were wonderful as was the breakfast buffet every morning- delicious and lots to choose from. Really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Utterly perfect

One of the best places I have ever stayed. Gorgeous location which has been lovingly and tastefully restored. An incredibly tranquil place with comfy beds, large rooms, beautiful gardens and a great pool area and view. However it was Guiska who really made our stay special- she was fantastic at helping arrange our trip and couldn't do enough to make our stay perfect. The food was all locally sourced and even better than the surrounding restaurants. Highly recommend - we will be coming back!

The hosts here are very personable and assist you in every way possible. We were going to Rome afterward and they gave us some excellent advice. They also were quite accommodating in arranging other dinners nearby so that we were able to experience different Tuscany dining experiences. The kids loved having a pool available for the hot days that we were there. We highly recommend them!

Charming B&B

We had a lovely stay at Locanda Fontelupa. The property is beautiful and so special! It is a bit remote and very private, which is what we were looking for. The pool was not open yet due to local regulations, but Giuska and her team were incredibly hospitable, offering local recommendations and other suggestions. The chef and Giuska hosted us for a cooking class and a dinner for all of the guests one evening, which was a lot of fun. The cabin we stayed in was super cozy, very well-maintained and had a beautiful, private patio and garden with sun chairs and a hammock, which we loved. This is a true B&B, where lunch and dinner not served on Saturdays or Sundays, which is something to consider in your planning. We would definitely come back and highly recommend Locanda Fontelupa!

Look no further. Locanda Fontelupa is one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever been too. Our suite was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The spacious winter garden was the perfect place to read, unwind and relax. The hotel is situated in splendid seclusion on a hill with a breathtaking view the best way which you can enjoy next to the large pool on top of the compound. The hotel is close to the sea (approx. 30 Mins by car) and many picturesque attractions of Tuscany. The breakfast, lunch and dinner offered a delicious variety of local organic Tuscany food and were served outside in the romantic yard. Otherwise, there are many great restaurants and agriturismo in close proximity of the hotel. Giuska and her family made us feel welcome from the first minute. Excellent hospitality! The whole team was very family friendly and also welcoming to our little daughter. Rosie and her husband deserve a big thank you for their excellent service as well! We hope to visit Locanda Fontelupa in the future again.

Vi älskade Locanda Fontelupa! Värdarna var otroligt tillmötesgående och hjälpte oss med allt vi behövde hjälp med. Gården är omskött, vacker och väldigt gemytlig - allt man kan drömma om i ett boende. Mysiga rum och god frukost! Vi vill definitivt komma tillbaka och stanna längre än en natt. Tack!
