Very basic room. Amenities need updating. However does the job if you just need a room to sleep in.

I didn’t know there was 2 different hotels. Unfortunately I got “the lodge” which is not in the casino area. I asked for an upgrade willing to pay difference but the response from the desk was awful, very negative not willing to even try helping. I had to take the shuttle with a 1 month old baby and a 2 yr old baby girl. Super cold weather! Make sure you get the “resort” hopefully is cleaner and better beds.

The Worst Beds Ever Super Hard And Noisy, Ceiling Was Leaking In Shower Part Of Roof Fell While Showering And Cockroaches Coming Out Of Walls And Tiles In Restroom And By Bed , Was Also Charged Twice For My Stay , Ended Up Checking Out Early Couldnt Stay Another Day With My 3 Month Baby And Still Was Charged A Early Out Fee, Worst Mistake Booking Here Never Again!

Checked in at another location, when I drove down to my room, it was already occupied. Thankfully no one was in the room. That could have been very dangerous. Parking lot was not well lit. Beds were ancient, noisy and sagging. Housekeeping carts were very noisy at 8:30am. Could be a really cute place if they just put a little money into it.

The check-in counter and the room are too far apart. You need a car to transport, and room keys didn’t work at first. I had to make two round trips.
